You tell J. Marie Events the occasion, any ideas you have for it, and we will come up with a plan for you. We will give you ideas on games to include, what the invitations might look like, what party favors you should use, and any other idea that might make this event unique. The J. Marie Store also offers ideas for party favors and gifts to include. Once all the details are approved, by you, J. Marie Events will put all of the invitations packages together, address them with addresses provided by you, and then mail them out. The items that belong to the Guest of Honor will also be mailed out by us during the week of the long distance shower. All you have to do is offer a little input, and then sit back and let us do the rest! We will send you photos of each item along the way so you can tell us what you think. We won't send out the final invitations until you are completely satisfied.
You can customize every part of any event! We will tailor every detail to your needs and desires. The long distance Wedding Kit and long distance Baby Kit currently offered on this site are sold as is. But you may opt for a customized Wedding or Baby Kit, and can contact me for a free estimate. You may also choose a full service long distance Wedding or Baby Shower and let J. Marie Events do the work for you!
The full service event planning means all the work is done by J. Marie Events. All you have to do is provide us with your requests, your approval, and the addresses of your Guests when it comes time for us to mail the invitations. Please note that we will never use your personal addresses for any reason other than to mail the invitations. No promotional materials will be sent to the addresses provided, nor will they be given to any other party for any reason. Your personal information is safe with us! The Event Kits include all of the pieces of the shower or party, and it is up to you to put the invitation packages together and mail them. There are easy to follow instructions included.
If you order the Wedding or Baby Event Kit, they can be shipped in 3-5 business days, and will arrive about 7 days after that. Customized Kits will be shipped within 1 week after you finalize the items being used in the Event. The same applies for all full service event planning requests. Once we have agreed on the items that will be used for the event, J. Marie Events will have it ready to be mailed within 7 days. If the event week is not scheduled to take place until a later date, the invitation packages will be held until the appropriate time, and then be mailed. It is recommended you mail the invitation packages 3 weeks before the scheduled week of the event. This will allow your guests enough time to complete their activities, purchase their gifts, and mail everything to the Guest of Honor to arrive in time.
